* Status: Builders have completed two homes and have a third under construction with plans to build 74 homes in the first phase.

* Amenities: Homes have architectural-style shingles, low-e windows, radiant wrap, blown cellulose insulation and other energy efficient features that will keep utility bills low; 9-foot ceilings upstairs and downstairs, hardwood, tile and carpet throughout, solid wood front doors in mahogany or walnut; double carports; kitchens have either granite or Formica countertops, stainless steel appliances, bathrooms have double vanities and floor-to-ceiling tile in showers; large master bedrooms, some with balconies.
